Terms and Conditions – Big Bolton Abbey Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   • To enter, participants must:
     • Like Catgill Farm, Howgill Lodge, Billy Bob’s, Devonshire Arms, and Love Brownies on one social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
     • Like each individual business’s page.
     • Tag friends in the comments of the competition post. Each tagged friend counts as one entry.
     • Sharing the competition post to your story is optional but counts as an additional entry.
2. Prize Details
   • One-night stay at Catgill Farm in a luxury pod (not super premium or themed) or a one-night stay at Howgill Lodge in a timber lodge.
     • Both stays must be booked for off-peak dates between December – April 2025 or October – December 2025, excluding weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
   • Vouchers for Billy Bob’s (£30), Devonshire Arms (£30), and Love Brownies (£25).
3. Voucher Terms
   • Vouchers will be issued by Catgill Farm but are subject to the terms and conditions of each business. Please check the respective websites for usage policies and expiry dates.
   • Catgill Farm and Howgill Lodge are not responsible for the acceptance, restrictions, or terms of these vouchers once issued.
4. General Rules
   • The competition closes at [24th December 2024].
   • Winners will be chosen at random and announced on [insert announcement date] via the social media platform where the entry was made.
   • Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified or a new winner will be selected.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Additional Conditions
   • Catgill Farm and Howgill Lodge stays cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
   • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or social media handle in promotional material announcing the winner.
   • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
6. Disqualifications
   • Failure to meet any of the entry requirements will result in disqualification.
7. Organiser Rights
   • Catgill Farm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
